Terms of Service for Appliera
Welcome to appliera.com (the “Site”), operated by Appliera. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our productivity services, digital offerings, and physical goods. By using the Site or any of our offerings, you agree to these terms. Effective as of 2025.
1. Scope of Services
Appliera provides three categories of offerings:
- Professional Services (including coaching sessions, custom consultations, and implementations)
- Digital Products (including e-books, templates, and software add-ons)
- Physical Goods (including branded planners, notebooks, and accessory kits)
2. Fees and Payment
All fees are stated in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major payment cards. Fees for services, digital products, and goods will be clearly specified at checkout.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel or move a booked service appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within this window qualify for full credit toward a future session. Appointments changed after this period are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no extra charge.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Professional Services
If you cancel a service appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a credit equal to the full amount paid, issued within 10 business days via the original payment method. Appointment changes requested after the 48-hour window are not eligible for credit; however, you may apply the fee toward a one-time rescheduled session.
Custom service packages (including tailored reports or design work) begin preparation immediately. These are non-refundable due to the labor and resources allocated at the time of purchase. We will provide a detailed justification for any materials delivered.
4.2 Digital Products
Digital offerings may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no downloadable content has been accessed. Once a download link has been used, the product is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
4.3 Physical Goods
If you wish to request a refund for a physical product, you may send the item back in unused, original condition within 30 days of receipt. After we receive the item, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges for a different product are available upon request.
5. No Other Credits
Except where explicitly stated above, all purchases are final. No additional credits, substitutions, or transfers are permitted beyond those described.
